1. General Description

Chlat App provides its users with access to children's stories, children's music and other digital educational content. Chlat App provides accounts for schools and parents or legal guardians. To access the full functionality of the Chlat App service or application, you must register an account.

2. Chlat App Registration

Although our services are designed for children in kindergarten or primary school, registration must be done through a parent or a guardian who is at least 18 years old. If necessary, we will contact users directly to ensure that children using our services are understood. With the support of parents or guardians when you sign up for an account, we require that you provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name, phone number, or other contact information, as well as some of your child's information.

3. Account Security

Users must maintain or secure the account themselves.

4. General payment terms

Chlat App allows users to use some services for free under the terms of the company. To access other functions or full services, users are required to subscribe to a membership plan that can be subscribed to a monthly plan or an annual plan. All fees are in USD. The payment is non-refundable.

Chlat App allows you to cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, you can continue to access Chlat App service till the end of your billing date. You can cancel your membership through your account via our app and website. If you subscribe Chlat App membership via third party account, you need to cancel through the third party account.

4.1. Service Fee

REAN AAN maintains the right to set the price for the service of using Chlat App. Currently, REAN AAN offers membership plans for users, which are divided into the following two categories:

Monthly membership plan is $3.00 / month.

Annual membership plan worth US $12.00 / year.

4.2. Suspension

REAN AAN will suspend or terminate the access to the services of the subscribed users when the term of the plan is completed and the users do not continue to subscribe. This means that after the subscription duration is completed, users can still continue to use Chlat App, but on a free package under certain conditions. If users want to continue using the full service, users need to renew their membership plan.

5. Software Update

We will update the Chlat App regularly. Therefore, it may interfere with your use at any time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

6. Privacy Policy

Please read the Chlat App Privacy Policy carefully for information regarding the use and disclosure of your personal information. The Privacy Policy is referenced herein and established as part of these Terms.

7. Modification of Conditions

REAN AAN reserves the right at its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove any of these terms, including the entire Privacy Policy, or any part at any time. Check these terms regularly for changes.
